We’d like to introduce you to Roxanne! She was recently found as a stray and is estimated to be 3-4 years old. Roxanne is very sweet and is adjusting well in her temporary foster home. This girl is a lover of dogs, cats, kids and livestock! If it moves, then she loves it! She does have a lot of energy and enjoys being upright like a Hoover vacuum cleaner, and for that reason we feel she would do best in a home with older children. She will need some work on basic manners, but she’s eager to please and has a gentle demeanor. She’s curious and enjoys exploring her surroundings, she especially loves to play freely in the fenced yard. She would love an adoptive home!

Elsa was rescued from a backyard breeder in horrible condition.  Our foster has been working to restore her health.  Elsa is also learning about love, safety and comfort.  She is good with dogs and not reactive to feline friends she’s met.  Elsa is estimated to be 5 years old, it’s possible she is younger but she’s had a difficult life.  She is spayed, vaccinated and a healthy weight now.  Please apply to give this beautiful boxer girl a home for the holidays!

Leek is a 2-3 year old male in an over capacity shelter. We need an emergency foster or approved foster-to-adopt ASAP

Leek is good with female dogs and kids 10 and up. He loves to show off his “sit” and “paw” skills and is very affectionate with the kennel staff. He is in North Jersey. Would you bring this good boy home for the holiday?

Atlas was left at an over capacity shelter when his owners could “no longer care for him.”  It’s a mystery how someone could abandon their loyal pet in their greatest time of need.  We have taken Atlas under our wings and are getting him the care he deserves.  He has been to the vet and is no longer in distress.  Now that he feels better his playful side is starting to shine! He could not be more appreciative for the love and attention.  He is a gentle and kind soul estimated to be 7-8 years old.  Atlas is good with people and other dogs.  Please consider adopting an older dog!
