You may remember Chance. He was roaming the streets of Texas and retreating to a quiet beach area to get as far away from people as he possibly could. He was scared out of his mind, and protecting himself from other animals while scrounging for food. Fast forward to today, and there is nothing he loves more than that human touch! Chance has settled into a great routine. He loves his neighborhood walks and is a social butterfly. He’s been left home alone when his mom is at work, and he is a gentleman in the home… not a thing out of place when she arrives back to him. Chance is housebroken, walks nicely on a harness and is not destructive in the house. He’s a happy wiggle butt who is ready for his forever family! He’s estimated to be 2-3 years of age.

Kongo

Kongo found himself in a crowded shelter, as so many perfect pups do. We swooped in because this guy didn’t deserve to be behind bars! Kongo is a 1.5 yr old boxer who was found abandoned with 4 small breed dogs, so we know he’s great with other dogs. He’s very sweet and gentle, but because of his youthful nature, we would feel comfortable placing him with kids over 12. No cat history. Meet Lumi

We rescued Lumi from a high-kill shelter last week. She came to us timid, scared, and with visible wounds—clear signs that life has not been kind to her. We’ll never know how she ended up in this condition or why she was thrown away. What we do know is that Lumi deserved better.

We named her Lumi, meaning “snow,” because of her beautiful white coat — and because we believe in fresh starts. She is safe now, and her new life begins.

Help us rewrite Lumi’s story—whether by fostering, donating, or simply sharing. Together, let’s show Lumi what love feels like. Her life matters. And it’s only just beginning

Meet MOLLY!

Looking for a loyal, low-key best friend to be your one and only? Molly might be your girl!

This beautiful 5-year-old fawn Boxer is searching for a peaceful, adult-only home where she can shine as the only pet. Molly was rehomed previously but recently returned because she prefers to be the center of your universe.

Molly is:

Affectionate and goofy once she knows you
House and crate trained
Smart, obedient, and protective
Happy sleeping on her dog bed at night
A fan of car rides, dog toys, and backyard squirrel patrol!

Molly does best in a calm home without children or other animals. She can be nervous around strangers – she may bark but has not shown aggression. Loud noises like trucks scare her but she loves lounging outside, a fenced yard would be ideal for Molly. She needs help with her confidence in new situations but is a good girl when left home alone. She will thrive with routine, patience, and love.
